Inbound Call Transfer:
Step 1: Right click on the Tumara XF for Skype icon in the system tray. Select Open Tumara XF.

Step 2: Click to answer incoming Skype to Skype or SkypeIn call.
 
Click the Tumara XF for Skype 'Hold' button as indicated below to place the inbound Skype caller on hold

Step 3: After the caller is placed on hold , Tumara XF launches the Skype contact list. Select the desired contact to whom you would like to transfer the call. Click the Skype call button and place the Skype call. The operator is able to announce the original caller and confirm the call transfer can be transferred.

Step 4: The operator then opens Tumara XF and clicks 'Transfer':

Step 5: The Skype call transfer is completed and the Skype 3-way conference information is displayed .
